INSTRUCTIONS 

This page allows you pay for: 1) Family Dues, 2) Cookout Food Fees, 3) Scholarship Donations, and 4) T-Shirt Purchases via major credit or debit cards.  We use PayPal as our payment provider.  Simply click the applicable button(s) below to calculate and make your payments, as often as you like.  From there, the PayPal actions are usually self explanatory.  Before paying ensure your quantities and costs are accurately entered, and what you intend.  You do not have to be a PayPal member (nor do we recommend you get a membership) to use your debit/credit cards to make payments.  Using the “shopping cart” method, so often used for online purchases, you can pay for any number of reunion items at a single time.  Be prepared to provide your card information, as is customary when making on-line orders.  PayPal security has proven to be more than adequate for millions of online purchases, so your information will be secure.  You can use this Electronic Payment page as frequently and often as you like.

SCHOLARSHIP FUND DONATIONS

Please remit donations to the scholarship fund by clicking on the 'DONATE' button below.  For accounting and tax purposes, the donations must be kept separate from other payments.  Thus, 'DONATE' is a separate function button for donations only.  You will temporarily leave this website and be directed to the PAYPAL website where you can complete the payment portion of your donation.

 

FAMILY DUES, COOKOUT FOOD FEES, AND T-SHIRT PAYMENTS
 
For the remaining registration categories, you will be able to build a shopping cart on the PAYPAL website which itemizes the amounts for each category.  The shopping cart will allow you to select from each category prior to paying total amount with one transaction.

 
FAMILY DUES:

Family Dues are $40.00 per adult descendant DUE BY JULY 1st.  Please select the appropriate amount and click "ADD TO CART". You will then be directed to the PAYPAL website.  From the PAYPAL website, you can increase the quantity to denote how many persons are paying dues with this registration.

Includes All Taxes and Gratuities and are DUE NLT JULY

  • Adults  (18 and up) $50.00
  • Teenagers (13-17) $25.00
  • Children (6 to 12) $10.00
  • Children (5 & Under) Free
For each category of persons attending the Cookouts please select the appropriate category from the COSTS PER PERSON list.  This item will be added to your shopping cart on the PAYPAL website.  You may increase the quantity at the PAYPAL website to indicate number of persons attending in this category.

Return to this website, and repeat for each category attending the Cookouts.

NEW NEW NEW!!!  Venmo  MONEY TRANSFER

This year we've added the ability to use money transfers as a means to pay your dues and fees, via Venmo.  To use Venmo as your payment payment method, simply access the cell phone number of our family treasurer Carlene Timmons (302-740-3585) and enter the amount of you payment.  Then in the spaces provided enter your full name and details on who and what the payment is for.  For those of you who have Venmo, you know it is that simple.

For those who do not have the Venmo application (APP), go to your APP Store (e.g., Play Store) and install Venmo. Thereafter, open Venmo and use the above provided directions to make your payments.
